Open Culture is a social enterprise which aims to increase the profile of, and engagement with the arts in Liverpool.

Known for projects like LightNight Liverpool, the Tickle the Ivories street pianos and the Winter Arts Market, we nurture artists and audiences through a variety of projects and events; connecting artists and audiences to make people happier.

Established in 2007, we produce creative projects from start to finish, and love to make things happen. We work across multiple art forms and in a variety of arts, community and commercial settings to deliver interesting, engaging projects.

We believe that art is for everyone, and that arts and culture should lie at the heart of all social policy; because it’s proven to improve quality of life for individuals and communities. Getting involved with art makes us happier – that’s a fact.
